CYA Technologies Announces Professional Services Offerings; Existing Products and Professional Services form CYA Solutions
Providing mainly software solutions for mitigating the risk of information loss for the EMC Documentum Enterprise Content Management System since 1998, CYA now offers full-service solutions for Documentum. The solutions address the tasks of architecting enterprise backup strategies and performing product implementations as well as the remedying the side-effects of utilizing custom or third-party applications in a Documentum Environment.
As part of their venture into the services space, CYA is taking a new approach to ensuring integrity within the Documentum Repository with subscription based services that will monitor and resolve corruptions as they occur.
"More and more our clients are looking for business continuity solutions from us, not just software" says Eladio Alvarez, Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for CYA.
