Airframe Development Environments™ - VISTAGY airframe development environments are specialized engineering software applications developed specifically for the design and manufacture of airframes and large aerostructures. VISTAGY software helps author and capture digital representations of airframe assemblies and to share design and manufacturing detail across the enterprise and the global supply chain.

FiberSIM® - Powered by VISTAGY's EnCapta® technology, FiberSIM® is a leading software tool for composites engineering and is used in the aerospace, automotive, marine and medical equipment industries. The FiberSIM suite of software supports all the design and manufacturing methodologies necessary to engineer durable and lightweight composite products and parts.
It addresses the composites engineering process, from conception, laminate definition and ply creation through simulation, documentation and manufacturing. FiberSIM is integrated into commercial CAD systems (CATIA V4, CATIA V5, NX and Pro/ENGINEER) to help capture a complete digital product definition.

Seat Design Environment™ - VISTAGY provides a variety of seating environments that specifically address the process of designing and manufacturing transportation seat systems and interior components. Engineers can capture digital product definitions of seat systems within commercial CAD programs, and share design detail to help reduce or eliminate physical prototyping.

The VISTAGY seating environments support the four steps of seat engineering:

• Capturing the seat architecture by digitally defining seat styling and soft-good requirements-including trim cover surface, sew lines and hardware. It helps companies share detail across seat engineering teams;
• Designing seat cover pieces and digitally simulating how a cover fits over the seat based on deformation properties of the chosen materials, foams and frames;
• Developing seat manufacturing data and automatically generating exploded views of adjoining flat pattern pieces with the click of a button;
• Generating and sharing documentation and reports automatically, such as bills of materials, for process planning and manufacturing.
