Honeywell introduced Honeywell Forge Performance+ for Utilities, a groundbreaking platform designed to help utilities improve their operations and enhance performance of existing utility grid assets and IT investments. Spatial Adds HOOPS Communicator

Spatial Corp announced that it has added HOOPS Communicator, developed by Tech Soft 3D, to complement and extend its portfolio of component technologies. With the addition of HOOPS Communicator to Spatial’s 3D components portfolio, Spatial now enables web-based visualization of and interaction with 3D data for a diverse range of design, engineering and manufacturing workflows. Accenture has completed the acquisition of Customer Management IT and SirfinPA, a pair of jointly-owned Italian consultancies that operate in close synergy and offer innovative services and technology solutions in the justice and public safety sectors. The deal, previously announced on 22 December, has been finalized shortly after Accenture’s acquisition of Intellera Consulting, also based in Italy and focused on public sector innovation. Founded in 2010, the two companies are leading players within the Italian IT sector, recognized for their work across the country’s national justice ecosystem. With offices in Rome, Naples and Rende (Cosenza), they support the justice and public safety sectors with a multidisciplinary team of more than 300 technology professionals.
