
Joed Dougherty is a senior manager at Boeing Defense Space & Security Engineering. Since joining Boeing in 1994 he has served in a variety of roles including: Program Manager, BDS Integrated Product Data Management [IPDM] program; Philadelphia site director of Product Lifecycle Management; engineering, product support and project management assignments across the rotorcraft programs; principal investigator for advance maintenance and training systems on the Boeing X-32 Joint Strike Fighter; principal investigator & contributing author ISO AP239 Product Life Cycle Support; support systems architect responsible for the interactive electronic technical manuals RAH-66 Comanche and the Bell Boeing 609; and technical publications author on the CH-47 Chinook and CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter programs. Joed holds a master of science degree in Information Science and Technology from Penn State University and a bachelor’s of Fine Arts from Stony Brook University.
