Aldo Norio Teshima, CAD Technology Supervisor, Embraer

Aldo Norio Teshima has been employed by Embraer since 1981. Currently, he is responsible for CAD Technology applied to product engineering. He led the team that developed the wire harness design and manufacturing management system. Aldo was one of the main individuals responsible for deployment of Digital Mock-up for product development.

Aldo is one of the founding leaders responsible for organizing the EUCA – CATIA Users Meeting of Brazil. This conference celebrated its fourth anniversary in 2015.

Aldo received a B.Sc. in Mechanical-Aeronautical Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), and holds an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
