Lisa Ralph is the second original member of GE’s GENIUSLINK™ group, which builds and facilitates unconventional business models that accelerate outcomes, percolate solutions, and redefine what’s possible—through collaboration. She partners with GE teams across business verticals and functions, customers and the crowd to shepherd teams from problem to actionable, valuable solutions in the most effective, efficient and repeatable ways.
Prior to this role, Lisa was a member of GE’s post-MBA Experienced Commercial Leadership Program, where she held various positions in business innovation and global market intelligence, crafting frameworks for customer innovation, assessing market strategies and economics, and consulting for various business model development initiatives.
Lisa earned her MBA in Marketing and Strategy from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, transitioning from a previous career in supply chain at Siemens Healthcare.
