Reynaldo Reyes

Reynaldo Reyes, Director, Engineering Tools and Processes, Lear Corporation

Reynaldo Reyes is currently the IT director for global engineering systems and processes at Lear Corporation, where he has worked for the last 22 years. After spending five years as a manufacturing and process engineer for automotive wire harnesses, he spent three years in the Six Sigma organization, where he became a Master Black Belt. Through the Six Sigma initiatives, he became involved with continuous improvement activities related to the engineering change management processes. Reynaldo has spent most of the last 15 years developing and deploying large engineering change management systems and PLM with a focus on the electrical and electronic products made by Lear’s E-Systems division. He was certified in CMII in 2008 and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Dayton.
