Sumit Gupta Director, Global Engineering, Siemens Healthineers

Sumit Gupta is the Head of PLM Systems, Tools, Infrastructure & Business Transformation organization within the Diagnostics business area of Siemens Healthineers. Mr. Gupta led his organization in establishing an end-to-end PLM solution for the global engineering, supply chain and manufacturing organizations within the Diagnostics business area. Additionally, Mr. Gupta has been leading the implementation of multiple digitalization programs across all business areas of Siemens Healthineers.

Over the past 15 years, Mr. Gupta has also served in various roles related to business transformation, change management, process engineering, product development, systems engineering, system modeling, computer vision, nonlinear controls, and robotics.

Mr. Gupta holds a MBA degree in Strategy & Global Business from New York University Stern School of Business, a Master of Science degree in Mechanical & Aerospace with specialty in Nonlinear Controls & Robotics from the University of Florida, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology.
