DESCRIPTION:Register\nNLign Analytics is the leader in structural integrity
3D digital data capture and analysis for Aerospace and Defense applicatio
ns. NLign Analytics has been recognized by the Secretary of Defense’s Offi
ce as an innovative solution to enable the Digital Engineering strategy of
the United States Department of Defense (DoD). This webinar will highligh
t how the US Air Force\, US Navy\, and OEMs reduce sustainment costs\, imp
rove aircraft availability\, and meet safety requirements by utilizing NLi
gn’s technology in selected aircraft programs. Examples of how NLign’s tec
hnology puts the right 3D product quality data in front of the right engin
eering decision-makers to help our warfighters maintain battlefield readin
ess and air superiority will be shared.\nDo any of the following statement
s resonate with you?If so\, plan to join us on November 24th.\n\nWe experi
ence cost overruns due to design rework and manufacturing defects late in
the product release cycle.\nWe have missed aircraft delivery and deploymen
t schedules due to part availability and disposition delays.\nWe have an i
nability to achieve individual aircraft in service availability as well as
fleet uptime targets.\nOur decision-making is non-optimal due to turn bac
ks\, change orders\, and missed failures.\nOur warfighting superiority and
pilot safety is no longer assured with multiple foreign adversaries.\n\nB
y attending this webinar\, you will:\n\nGain an understanding about how ma
nufacturing and operations structural defect identification data\, combine
d with 3D digital design data\, can reduce operations costs\, improve manu
facturing quality\, and improve fleet readiness/availability.\nUnderstand
the impact of combining the right product status data with 3D visualizatio
n and performance analytics and its influence on collaborative decision-ma
king.\nFind out how you can meet aircraft structural certifications and re
quirements.\nBetter understand the actual state and condition of your airc
raft and fleet allowing you to plan for downtime and repairs before seriou
s failures occur.\n\nWho should attend?\n\nGovernment/DoD personnel and pr
ime contractors to the DoD\nManagers and engineers from commercial airline
 s\, air freight companies\, and service depots\nQuality professionals\nSys
 tems engineers\n\nPresenters\nDonald Tolle\, Director\, Simulation-Driven
Systems Development Consulting Practice\, CIMdata\, Inc. Don Tolle is Dire
 ctor\, Simulation-Driven Systems Development Practice\, for CIMdata. Don b
rings to CIMdata and his clients more than 30 years of PLM industry experi
ence in the disciplines of new product development and virtual product dev
elopment working with global manufacturing companies in the automotive\, a
 erospace &amp\; defense\, industrial equipment\, marine\, consumer product
 s\, medical products\, and high-tech electronics industries.\nDon has held
various management positions in the CAE and the broader PLM software and
services industry involved in strategic planning and M&amp\;A\, product ma
nagement\, software product development\, product and services marketing\,
engineering services consulting\, technology R&amp\;D\, best practices de
velopment\, and strategic business development. He has worked with both em
erging Simulation and CAE startups as well as existing PLM mindshare leade
rs to evangelize their technology platforms and solutions from early adopt
ion through market acceptance and maturity. Don holds a BS in Mechanical E
ngineering and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati.\nLieutenant Colon
el Gary J. Steffes\, United States Airforce Lieutenant Colonel Gary J. St
effes is the Individual Mobilization Augmentee to the Deputy Group Command
er for the 76th Commodities Maintenance Group at Tinker Air Force Base\, O
klahoma. As the IMA to the Deputy Group Commander\, he is responsible for
more than 1\,800 personnel covering 21 facilities that maintain\, repair\,
and overhaul more than 2\,100 aircraft components. He is also responsible
for integrating depot transformation\, strategic planning\, and process i
mprovements that utilize $1.6 billion in assets.\nLieutenant Colonel Steff
es entered active duty following his graduation from Officer Training Scho
ol in November 2001\, and he entered the United States Air Force Reserves
in July 2005. He holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Science degree in en
gineering. Early in his career\, Lieutenant Colonel Steffes held several e
ngineering positions within the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright Pa
tterson Air Force Base\, Ohio. He remains a civil servant engineer at the
Air Force Research Laboratory. Prior to his current position\, Lieutenant
Colonel Steffes served as the IMA to the Squadron Director for the 565th A
ircraft Maintenance Squadron at Tinker Air Force Base\, Oklahoma\, where h
 e oversaw depot maintenance for the B-1 and B-52 bomber aircraft.\nCraig R
ees\, VP Sales\, NLignCraig Rees has over 20 years experience in sales lea
dership roles\, including 15 years in manufacturing and engineering softwa
re. Prior to NLign Analytics\, Craig was with ANSYS\, INC.\, a leader in a
 dvanced engineering simulation and a S&amp\;P 500 company.\nCraig is a hig
hly experienced and respected sales executive with repeated success in ope
ning new markets and introducing new products across multiple industries.
With digital inspection becoming increasing critical to the success of eng
ineering\, manufacturing\, and product sustainment\, Craig brings deep exp
ertise in collaborating with the A&amp\;D community to establish industry
best practices for the future of Digital Engineering. He has been the reci
pient of numerous awards for his successful goal achievement.\nRegister\n&
