The decision to migrate CAD and PDM systems poses many complex challenges in areas of data volume, data integrity, impact to active programs, and cost. This presentation will focus on how Chrysler successfully overcame these challenges by establishing cross-functional teams, selecting the right partners, and creating custom developed application tools and processes to complete the migration project below cost and on time.
