Caroline Gustafsson leads the Global Digital Center of Competence in the Grid Integration business of Hitachi Energy, with responsibility ranging from digital customer products to internal digital transformation, responsible for both strategic decisions and operational implementation. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Energy Systems. With over a decade of experience in the high voltage power transmission domain, she has held various roles in project management, sales & tender management, service transformation, and product management. Her current key focus is how Hitachi Energy can scale the business with process automation and digital at core.
