Dr. Rodney A Ewing, Director of PLM - Components Business Unit, Cummins Inc.
Dr. Ewing has over 23 years of experience at Cummins and has played multiple roles across business units and functions. He has deep knowledge of product development, product release, product performance, and quality processes. Previously, Dr. Ewing was a product development leader and chief engineer for pumps and injectors product lines. In addition, he is a certified six sigma blackbelt and has mentored several process improvement initiatives. In his current role, he serves as a Director of PLM for the Components Business Unit, a conglomerate of five business units with global operations.
Rodney holds a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Louisville and a doctorate in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science & Technology.
