Jennifer Weller has dedicated nearly 32 years to TE Connectivity, starting her journey by developing innovative engineering automation tools. Over the years, she transitioned into a leadership role, managing teams that develop and support TE’s PLM platform. In her current role as the PLM strategy lead, Jennifer spearheads engineering data excellence, working collaboratively with TE's Business Unit colleagues to establish the foundation required for Sustainability and AI automation.
