Ken Rasche launched his career at Babcock and Wilcox in Barberton, Ohio, after earning a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. Not long after, he obtained his P.E. license in Indiana. With over 30 years of experience in engineering and engineering management, Ken has cultivated a broad and diverse portfolio of experience. His expertise spans various industries and products, including nuclear power plant components, appliances, tooling, aerospace heat exchangers, and large industrial motors. Over the past 10 years, Ken has focused on leveraging his knowledge of PLM systems and processes, systems engineering, collaboration, and knowledge management to develop an organizational framework that maximizes the advantages of PLM tools.
