Jean-Charles Leclerc, Head of Innovation & Standards, TotalEnergies
Jean-Charles Leclerc began his career with academic training in geodynamics before moving into data management in 1999. Motivated by the need to coordinate and synthesize information across complex domains, he focused on solving business-wide challenges by improving data exchanges and promoting shared standards. As Head of Innovation & Standards at TotalEnergies, he leads efforts to develop and implement intelligent data standards using a FAIR approach, encouraging interoperability and knowledge sharing across industries through open frameworks such as those from the W3C. He is also a key founder of the SousLeSens framework, an open-source semantic toolkit designed to bridge the gap between business and IT.
