Christine Longwell, Director of Research, CIMdata

Christine Longwell is Director of Research at CIMdata. She is responsible for enhancing and managing CIMdata’s process for assembling and presenting CIMdata’s yearly industry-leading Market Analysis Report (MAR) series. Christine also supports the CIMdata team tasked with turning the vast amount of market data CIMdata receives from members of the global PLM Economy into actionable insight.

Christine is a Mechanical Engineer by training who has over 25 years of experience with various PLM solution providers and industrial organizations. She has spent the last 10 years in market intelligence, a role she will continue to be involved in at CIMdata.

Before joining CIMdata, Christine worked for various solution providers in a range of roles, including sales, marketing, technical support, as well as strategy, and market intelligence. In industry, Christine worked in the automotive sector at Ford, Daimler Chrysler, and Proterra with an emphasis on electric vehicle design and manufacturing.

Christine holds a BSME degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland at College Park.
