Christine McMonagle believes that digital transformation isn’t driven by technology or process but by people’s willingness to adopt the change.
Christine has spent the last 15 years working at Textron Systems. She has spent time in the integrated supply chain (ISC), engineering, and program management, giving her a broad perspective on the challenge of change management across the organization. She currently serves as the Director of Engineering Business Systems, leading the team responsible for engineering tools and their role in PLM. As the company’s primary subject matter expert in Digital Engineering, she works collaboratively with IT and ISC to plan and successfully implement processes and technology that enable the digital evolution of product lifecycle management. Her charter largely depends on getting the entire organization, from executive leadership to the line worker, to realize the benefits of digital transformation and embrace the change. A challenge she has embraced.
