Josef Schiöler is Head of the PLM & PDM Core Platform Area in Volvo Group’s Digital & IT function. Josef has more than 10 years experience leading IT delivery for Volvo’s unique PDM systems. as well as the commercial PLM & CAD solutions used at Volvo. He is currently engaged in a major PLM/PDM modernization initiative to better support the digital future with a flexible and future-proof PLM Backbone.
Josef has 25+ years of experience in Automotive and IT roles, ranging from corporate standardization, process management, IT portfolio management, relationship management, and senior leadership.
