Luigi Sidoli leads BAES’ UK and international Maritime Business Development Initiatives across the data and application domains, including the fusion and analytics of complex warship data. He has over 15 years’ experience in leading successful teams in the UK and internationally. Recent programmes include a project to integrate and manage the Queen Elizabeth Class Aircraft Carriers data and similar programmes across the Maritime Defence environment. Luigi uses his strong and varied background in Software and Data Sales / Strategy, and Business Collaboration coupled with 11 years as a Royal Navy Submariner and Civil Servant to bring an operational and user-focused perspective to software solutions.
