Teppo Toivonen, Global PLM Solution Owner, KONE
Teppo Toivonen is the Solution Owner at KONE for a global PLM system dedicated to equipment data, traceability, and documentation.
Teppo joined KONE in 2016. Before assuming his current position as the Solution Owner, Teppo acted as the lead designer and IT project manager building the traceability PLM system at KONE. His current role requires interacting with many key business processes and tools including PDM master data, engineering, product configurations, manufacturing, delivery, and installation all the way to maintenance and service.
Prior to joining KONE he spent 10 years in the high volume global MES / supply chain area as a developer, project manager, and solution architect with Nokia and Microsoft. Moving from electronics manufacturing to the more industrial scope at KONE has given him an opportunity to learn about and compare the differences in product data management between different product ranges.
