Nathan Kuppuswami is the Founder & CEO of Zumen Inc. He has worked in companies based in India, Italy, Japan, USA, and Brazil, with presence in Asia, Europe and in the Americas. Nathan is an accomplished change manager in large manufacturing set ups. He also has proven results in global product development, program management, and new product introduction. He has hands-on experience of managing the product lifecycle across the globe for manufactured goods in various stages of idea, concept, design, prototype, development, industrialization, launch, early-warning, and warranty administration. He has implemented metrics and tracking for different phases, driven significant efficiency and productivity improvement with existing teams to maintain cost and Program ROI, across multiple operational units, and has managed several multi-million-dollar programs simultaneously across different product lines. Nathan also owned the product and portfolio planning for a global product Line manufactured from India of more than INR 3500+ Cr (USD 500 mil).
