AI-Powered Connected Digital Enterprise

Modern enterprises face challenges due to disconnected product value chains, siloed data across IT and OT systems, and inefficient feedback loops that slow down business processes and result in missed opportunities and suboptimal performance. In response, TCS developed the AI-Powered Connected Digital Enterprise framework, built on an Enterprise Digital Thread foundation, seamlessly linking requirements through customer experience, integrating Product, Plant, Asset, and Process Digital Twins. We will describe how this framework establishes closed-loop feedback mechanisms to drive ongoing improvements and connect IT-OT systems, and how it leverages rich product and production data and applies GenAI and Agentic AI, to accelerate product lifecycle processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs. We will highlight a global manufacturing client who adopted such an approach.
