SSA Global Technologies, Inc. Files for Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
SSA Global Technologies, Inc. ("SSA Global") announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. It is currently contemplated that SSA Global will sell the shares of common stock to be sold in the offering. Goldman, Sachs & Co. and Credit Suisse First Boston LLC will act as underwriters for the offering.
Although the registration statement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, it has not yet become effective. Shares of common stock of SSA Global may not be sold nor offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective. This press release shall not constitute an offer to sell nor the solicitation of an offer to buy nor shall there be any sale of the common stock in any state in which such offer, solicitation or sale would be unlawful prior to registration or qualification under the securities laws of any such state.
