KollabNet Announces Support For Top-Down And Bottom-Up Requirement-Capture And-Management, Ensuring Consistency Throughout Product Lifecycle
KollabNet Inc. announced that its enterprise software product captures and manages product requirements top-down and bottom-up. "We work the way the customer works," said Igal Kaptsan, KollabNet's VP of product engineering. "We've made it a primary goal to make the user's life easier with our products."
Links are at the heart of KollabNet's DesignMapT approach. "We provide the engineer with a point-and-click approach to capturing requirements and relationships within the design process," says Kaptsan. "The DesignMapT augments the engineer's memory-and helps him or her keep track of enormous detail, with little effort."
