Latest Theorem Translators Provide Seamless Data Exchange With Pro/Engineer Wildfire
Fast and accurate data exchange with PTC's latest variant of its popular Pro/Engineer 3D modeling system is now available through Theorem Solutions' new Wildfire CADverter product range.
Theorem Solutions has developed its Wildfire CADverter translators in the Windows environment to meet the needs of two user communities; those where Pro/Engineer Wildfire is installed, and those where it is not. Theorem has achieved this by using both of PTC's application programming interfaces, Pro/Toolkit and Granite, in a parallel development that now meets the needs of everybody requiring Pro/Engineer Wildfire CAD data translation.
The new Theorem products provide CAD data exchange with all major PLM systems, including CATIA V5, CATIA V4, and UGNX. In addition, hundreds of other applications based on the Parasolid kernel are also supported through the availability of a new Theorem bi-directional Parasolid translator.
As with all Theorem direct translators, the new Pro/E Wildfire CADverters are available in both bi-directional or unidirectional forms -enabling installations to be tailored precisely to user requirements and providing cost benefits for anyone needing to translate data in only one direction.
