Cloning The Human Body To Unbelievable Standards

TUKATECH simplifies another piece of the product development puzzle by developing 3D Body forms so real that it is almost impossible to differentiate between the real human body and the TUKAforms, unless you check the body temperature. Same body skin, soft body parts like human flesh, similar amount of fat that produces flexibility in fitting sessions. Unlike other body forms draped with fabric that restricts the draping effects as fabrics tend to cling to fabric, TUKAforms skins, muscles and body fat allows simulation results similar to an actual live fit model. Pants and Jeans easily slide on without resistance for perfect fitting just like on a live fit model, unlike hard surfaced linen covered forms.

The process of cloning involves scanning the live fit model, making a mold and forming the final shape and feel. The sculpturing of the human-like body is done through a process using several chemicals and blend of materials. These forms are available in many parts, including full body, torso, detachable arms, hands, head, feet.

"Our objective is to reduce the product development time and cost. TUKAforms allows us to have a cloned fit model at any manufacturing facility in the world. It is so real that it could almost talk but it won't, even if you poke the pins in its self-healing skin or draw on it with chalk. It is priced to compete with standard forms sold worldwide", says Ram Sareen, Founder and Head Coach of TUKAgroup.

"We have already received several orders from major retailers, designers and manufacturers for Juniors, Kids, Missy and many Men's Replicas. Our standard fit models are readily available for immediate delivery, just specify the body measurements and we will send our fit model who will neither put on weight nor complain about not getting paid for the fit session", added Paul Clarke, Vice President Operations for TUKAgroup.
