INCAT® Releases icheck5T Version 1.3
INCAT® ( http://www.incat.com/ ) released the latest version of icheck5T -the all-new Version 1.3.
icheck5 is a quality assurance application for CATIA® V5. It is a diagnostic system for both model presentation and 3D geometry integrity standards. It is a fully integrated software application that provides additional functionality to CATIA.
"icheck5 is able to interrogate a CATIA document (product, model or drawing) against a set of previously defined CAE requirements, providing immediate feedback and-in many cases-automatic correction," said Shawn Drimmel, INCAT iproductsT Manager-North America. "We are excited about this new version," Drimmel added, "because it taps INCAT's wide expertise with CATIA as it is applied in the automotive, aerospace and consumer industries."
Drimmel noted these highlights of icheck5 Version 1.3:
• Supports CATIA V5 r11 thru r13
• Full UNIX compatibility across all platforms
• Addition of advanced filtering and selection capability
• Includes an AddOn Dictionary with the ability to create and add new Requirements, allowing for functionality to be added between releases.
• Core Dictionary features the addition of over 100 new Requirements ('checks')
