HighRES Awarded SolidWorks Gold Certification
HighRES, Inc., provider of CAD/CAM integrated 3D reverse engineering and 3D digitizing software products, recently was awarded SolidWorks (http://www.solidworks.com ) Certified Gold Product Status for its 3D reverse engineering software suite. HighRES is a software solution that links portable CMM's directly to CAD software.
New and existing owners of portable CMMs will benefit greatly from the high level of integration between HighRES and SolidWorks® software as it completely eliminates the need to import data from foreign CAD platforms. Native digitized entities can now be created using HighRES software and portable CMMs to digitize physical molds, models or parts directly within SolidWorks.
With over 100 software modules, the HighRES software line currently links portable CMMs, digitizers and laser trackers such as FARO, ROMER and MicroScribe directly to native CAD and eliminates the need to import non-native digitized data.
