Dalian Heavy Industries & Crane Co., Ltd. Selects UGS' Teamcenter® as its Product Lifecycle Management Solution

UGS announced that Dalian Heavy Industries & Crane Co., Ltd. (DHIDCW), a leader in China's heavy equipment industry, has selected Teamcenter®, UGS' flagship PLM system, as the PLM backbone for its business process re-engineering program.

The goal of the business process re-engineering program is to utilize information technology to strengthen the company's core competencies, making it more competitive in the international market. DHIDCW, which produces crane, steel rolling and metallurgy equipment, will implement Teamcenter to help shorten product delivery time, reduce costs and improve client satisfaction.
