Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Selects UGS' Teamcenter® as a Strategic Product Lifecycle Management Platform
UGS ( http://www.ugs.com ) announced that Shenyang Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Co., Ltd. has selected UGS' Teamcenter® as the PLM backbone for its vehicle design and manufacturing.
Upon completion of the three-phase project, the agreement will mark UGS' largest PLM implementation in the automotive industry in China. Jinbei Automobile plans to use Teamcenter to leverage product lifecycle information to help transform its business and increase its competitive positioning.

UGS' software and services are widely implemented by the world's leading automotive companies, including DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Isuzu Motors, Mazda, Nissan, Renault and Suzuki. The company currently has approximately 155,000 licenses of its software in use at the world's top 25 automotive original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) where Teamcenter has effectively become the de facto standard for PLM backbone platform for the automotive industry.
