Actify Announces SpinFire 2004 Service Pack One With Support for Macrovision FLEXlmT
Actify Inc. announced the availability of SpinFire 2004 Service Pack One with support for Macrovision's FLEXNet universal software licensing technologies (FLEXlm) which permits license borrowing. With SpinFire Professional's supports of FLEXlm version 9.2 and the licensing borrowing environment, customers will realize cost savings and convenience through flexible software license management options.
Macrovision's FLEXlm product is a software licensing platform that provides a range of license management capabilities for software publishers and enterprises. The platform streamlines software business costs by simplifying operations and logistics.
"The availability of FLEXlm will further enhance the value of SpinFire for companies by allowing them to allocate licenses on demand and for off-line users," said John MacKrell, senior consultant with CIMdata.
