Informative Graphics' ModelPress Reader To Be Distributed By IronCAD
Informative Graphics Corporation (IGC) ( http://www.infograph.com ) announced that the company's free ModelPress Reader, now supports IronCAD's native 3D file format (ICS), and will be distributed by IronCAD as part of its new version 7 release, giving its users access to a free collaborative viewing solution for downstream communication.
Along with support for IronCAD's native ICS format, ModelPress Reader opens and views TechSoft America's OpenHSF format, which has been embraced by IronCAD as a viable lightweight 3D technology for sharing IronCAD ( http://www.ironcad.com ) data downstream.
IGC also added support for IronCAD's 2D drawing format, (ICD), to its newly released Brava!® Desktop view, print and secure publishing software. IronCAD users can use Brava Desktop to open, view, and publish IronCAD drawings, adding Visual RightsT persistent security controls to create a "content sealed format" (CSF) file that can also be opened and viewed. IGC's free Brava Reader. Brava Desktop supports a wide range of popular document, image, and 2D CAD formats.
IGC plans to update ModelPress Publisher and MYRIAD to support ICS to 3DF publishing to extend Visual RightsT publishing to the 3D IronCAD design content as well.
