Invention Machine and Imag Industries Expand Reseller Partnership
Invention Machine Corporation ( http://www.invention-machine.com/ ) announced the appointment of Imag Australia Pty Ltd as a reseller of Invention Machine products in the Australian and New Zealand market.
The appointment is an extension to the relationship between Invention Machine and Imag Industries, Imag Australia's parent company. Imag Australia will provide sales, support, marketing and training for Invention Machine's Software, in particular the Goldfire InnovatorT product, launched earlier this year.
Goldfire Innovator enables companies to stimulate and accelerate innovation via problem-solving processes and methodologies such as Value Engineering and TRIZ and to enable users to semantically search global patent databases, internal and corporate knowledge bases, and external engineering content.
"Invention Machine is pleased to be expanding upon its relationship with Imag Industries and to be working with Imag Australia to bring Goldfire Innovator to the Australian and New Zealand markets," says Mark E. Atkins, Invention Machine President and CEO.
Imag Australia Pty Ltd ( http://www.imag.com.au/ ) was established in 1992 as the exclusive distributor for a range of leading MCAE products offered to the Engineering, Design and Manufacturing Sectors in Australia and New Zealand.
Supporting a diverse industry mix including: Automotive, Defence & Aerospace, Heavy Machinery, Packaging and Educational Facilities, the company has now expanded the products and services offered to the provision of Internet based collaborative solutions.
Imag Australia's customers include Industry leaders such as, ACI Glass, Aristocrat Industries, Boeing Australia, Ford Motor Company, GM Holden Tenix Defence and Vertex Pacific.
The company is a subsidiary of Imag Industries based in Sunnyvale, California, USA. Founded in 1981, IMAG Industries is a privately owned company; its primary business is providing Information Technology Solutions and specializing in Design Technology and Information Knowledge Management.
