SPACEHAB Launches AutoEDMS Document Management & Workflow Solution

SPACEHAB, Inc., a leading developer of commercial space flight assets, including logistics and laboratory modules and cargo carriers for use in orbit, has selected ACS Software, Inc.'s AutoEDMS Document Management & Workflow solution to assist with configuration management and process flow of electronic and paper documentation, data, and hardware. AutoEDMS will provide immediate access to electronic drawings and documentation from multiple geographic locations. Additionally, this tool allows SPACEHAB to integrate the document processing, release, and modification among these locations.

SPACEHAB, Incorporated ( http://www.spacehab.com/ ) is a leading provider of commercial and government space services with three primary business units. Its Flight Services business unit develops, owns, and operates habitat and laboratory modules and cargo carriers aboard NASA's Space Shuttles for Space Station resupply and research purposes. SPACEHAB's Astrotech subsidiary provides payload processing support services for both commercial and government customers at company-owned facilities. The Company's Government Services business unit provides configuration management and product engineering services to NASA.
