Cadpo Announces a Free SolidWorks 2005 Update Course in i.get.it®

Cadpo announced the release of the SolidWorks® 2005 Update online course offered free to all current SolidWorks customers through the i.get.it® eLearning solution.

"i.get.it provides our customers with a simple way to get up to speed with SolidWorks 2005," says Brian Houle, Partner Program manager for SolidWorks Corporation. "With free multi-media online training, Cadpo helps the SolidWorks community learn the power of SolidWorks 2005 software quickly and efficiently."

The free SolidWorks 2005 Update course is available immediately, and at no charge for 90 days. It includes 92 movies with 10 hours of instruction, covering new enhancements in Features, Parts, Drawings and Mold Tools. In addition, the free login includes highlights of an additional 30 videos covering 2004 Drawing Essentials, Surface Design, Sheet Metal Design, PDMWorksT and SolidWorks Office.

"We believe the new SolidWorks 2005 software release is so powerful that we want to help get users up to speed as quickly as possible," says Kevin Noe, president, Cadpo. "This free course will also provide the ability for current SolidWorks customers to test drive i.get.it's online content and technology."

i.get.it is a subscription-based eLearning solution. A more extensive Update course with an additional 10 hours of instruction is included for current i.get.it subscribers. The expanded course covers additional system enhancements, including: sketching, assemblies, and add-in products. Subscribers have access to all previous and updated SolidWorks courses for 12 months. There are approximately 150 hours of online instruction per version of SolidWorks.
