Concurrent Systems Inc. Builds CoCreate Sales 163%
CoCreate Software GmbH & Co. KG announced that Concurrent Systems Inc (CSI) has upped its sales of CoCreate licenses by 163% compared to the same period last year.
The Berkshire-based company resells and supports CoCreate's CAD, data management and collaboration software. The company credits the increased sales to a reviving UK economy, renewed interest in state-of-the-art technologies, and CSI's innovative services.
"Not only do we sell CoCreate's collaboration software, OneSpace.net, we use it as a support tool for our customers," said Joe McBurnie, Managing Director, CSI. "We connect directly to our customer's desktop, visualize their design problems and show them solutions quickly."
Also, CSI customers can use OneSpace.net's meeting center to see which CSI support engineers are available online and request real-time support.
CSI also provides customers a User Group Community as a platform to exchange best practices and ideas, and as a place to get quick answers from other participants on any design or IT related questions they might have.
