DP Technology Announces Customer Appreciation Days Events Held at International Manufacturing Technology Show in Chicago, September 8 - 15, 2004
DP Technology unveiled a Customer Appreciation Days program to coincide with the International Manufacturing Technology Show in Chicago running September 8-15 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. All DP program events will take place at the DP Technology booth (Controls & CAD-CAM Pavilion, Booth D-3050).
DP's Customer Appreciation Days program, designed to serve the ESPRIT CAM user group, features several rewarding opportunities.
1. One-hour personal ESPRIT workshops, with senior DP Application Engineers, will be conducted in semi-private meeting rooms on the booth during the entire duration of the show. The complimentary trainings allow existing customers opportunity for one-on-one discussion of product technical issues and provide a venue to offer suggestions for product enhancements. Up to two employees from a company may attend per session; two discrete sessions can be held concurrently. Advance reservations are available by contacting DP Technology.
2. Customers are encouraged to visit Booth D-3050 during show hours to get an early look at ESPRIT 2005 via the big-screen presentation. Scheduled for release in September, ESPRIT 2005 is a high-performance computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) system for a full range of machine tool applications, delivering full-spectrum programming for 2-5 axis milling, 2-22 axis turning, 2-5 axis wire EDM, multitasking mill-turn machining, and B-axis machine tools. ESPRIT users with an active Software Maintenance Contract will automatically receive their product upgrade in the mail this fall.
3. DP is hosting two private receptions, with refreshments, for existing customers on its booth, Friday, September 10 and Monday, September 13, each from 4:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. It is another opportunity to connect with other ESPRIT users and schedule a complimentary training on the latest release. (See number 1 above.)
