Altair Engineering To Host UGS PLM Users Group Seminar
Troy, Mich.-based Altair Engineering is hosting the Southeast Michigan UGS PLM Users Group meeting, a quarterly seminar where users can discuss many topics in the current PLM landscape, such as OEM activities and local supply chain issues.
The meeting will be held on Thursday, August 26 from 12:30 p.m - 4:00 p.m. at the Altair Engineering world headquarters at 1820 E. Big Beaver, Troy.
Altair will make a presentation to UGS PLM Users regarding:
On-site services
• Altair's iMAN, Metaphase systems integration activities (Metaphase-CAD integrations, iMAN-HM integration)
• Altair's UG, IDEAS, custom projects (UG Parametrics, IDEAS-PCAD Interface)
• Altair's CAE systems-CAE data management with Teamcenter
The UGS PLM Users Group is the result of the joining of the old UG and the Ideas Users Group under the new PLM World charter. Membership is open to users of UGS PLM Solutions Unigraphics, Metaphase, I-DEAS and iMAN software.
