CIDCO Selects Ingenuus Smart Expediter to Automate Engineering Documents and Bill of Materials
Ingenuus Software Inc ., developer of flexible and affordable enterprise class Business Process automation solutions, announced, that CIDCO Communications of Morgan Hill, California purchased Smart ExpediterT Professional 5.0, a cutting edge enterprise-class business process fusion solution.
CIDCO will be using the Ingenuus Smart Expediter to automate engineering document and bill of materials management, converting from an older windows-based system to the new web-based Smart Expediter 5.0. In addition, the new system will be used to automate their Engineering Change Request process and to manage the distribution of data to their factories and contract manufacturers.
CIDCO is a privately held worldwide leader in telephony and data products that empower consumers to communicate over advanced networks. Through its alliances with the world's leading service providers, CIDCO develops and markets Network feature and Caller ID cordless telephones, ADSL and Cable modems and routers, Advanced Wireless accessories and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) end points.
