Mentor Graphics Opens Sales and Support Office to Serve India Market
Mentor Graphics Corporation , announced that it has opened a new sales and support facility in Bangalore.
Mentor Graphics has had a presence in India since 1996, with research and development facilities presently located in Noida and Hyderabad. The new office in Bangalore expands that presence with the addition of a 16-member team of direct sales specialists and expert application engineers.
The Mentor Graphics team in India will address the EDA needs of the major multi-national companies located in India. CG-Corel will continue its present role as distributor for Mentor Graphics products in local, defense, government and educational accounts in India.
Daniel Yang, Mentor Graphics managing director for PacRim, conducted the official facility opening, which was followed by the traditional Indian ceremonial pooja and prayer."
