ICICI Infotech Launches Advanta Track v.2 Tailored for Apparel Industry
ICICI Infotech Inc ., a global technology solutions company, has launched AdvantaT Track v.2, allowing apparel companies to more easily manage product development and production. AdvantaT Track is a web-based tool that integrates with existing systems to track each stage of the product life cycle in real time, from concept development to shipment and delivery, reducing costs and production cycle times.
AdvantaT Track, the new Product Tracking system from ICICI Infotech, offers advanced communication and control, as apparel companies can set alerts for different events, including automatic escalation to management under pre-defined conditions. The sample-tracking module centralizes information in a single database and provides internal users with the ability to make requests and allows vendors to securely update the status of the submission.
"We created this new version of our product tracking solution to facilitate cross-communication inside and outside the organization and to give our clients the flexibility to provide alerts for any possible condition," said Vincent Candela, Vice President of Fashion Technology at ICICI Infotech. "The enhancements in AdvantaT Track v.2 allow for greater visibility in the product life cycle which leads to greater end-user confidence, while continuously building productivity across the supply chain."
AdvantaT Track is one of three solutions within the Fashion Application Suite from ICICI Infotech. The others include, AdvantaT Plan, which helps create a standardized corporate planning process, and AdvantaT Quality, which streamlines the quality auditing process.
AdvantaT Track v.2 features task-level security and allows apparel companies to maintain access rights centrally, tailoring the interface to each user's purpose, speeding time to market and improving productivity. By building the product on .NET architecture, ICICI Infotech has focused on ease of data integration from existing ERP or merchandizing systems.
