LightWork Design And UGS Strengthen Long-term Partnership
LightWork Design has announced the strengthening of its partnership with UGS with a new long-term agreement between the two companies. The new agreement significantly extends the existing partnership and gives UGS access to the full suite of LightWorks products for use throughout its product range which includes NXT, Solid Edge® and Teamcenter®. Under the terms of the agreement, LightWork Design becomes a Foundation Partner in the new UGS Partner Program.
UGS and LightWork Design have worked in successful partnership for many years. The strengthening of this partnership reinforces the commitment of both companies to provide UGS customers with rendering functionality.
The LightWorks rendering engine is unique in being designed from the outset for easy integration into CAD applications and is structured as a comprehensive suite of component products, each focusing on a specific area of rendering functionality, including: photorealistic rendering, lighting simulation, real-time rendering, non-photorealistic rendering, and real-world LWA product content.
