AVEVA and Quantapoint Announce Technology Integration Alliance
AVEVA and Quantapoint, Inc., an established provider of as-built documentation, announced a technology and marketing alliance. Under the alliance, the companies plan to more closely integrate Quantapoint's PRISM 3DT software with AVEVA's VANTAGE Plant Design Management System (PDMS). PRISM 3DT captures and shares as-built information from a photo-realistic 3D image of laser scan data and is currently the only software to display and perform clash detection of PDMS models with laser scan data.
