Computer Aided Technology Releases New Website with Online Support for SolidWorks Customers

Computer Aided Technology, Inc. (CATI) has announced that they have updated and expanded their website with improvements such as Online Support and Training Registration. CATI customers will be able register for SolidWorks, Cosmos and SMARTEAM Training courses as well as log support calls online and check customer history.

A key improvement to the CATI website is the Online Support feature. This secure area of the website allows CATI customers instant access to their account as well as being a live portal to the CATI Support database. Features of the support area of the website allow the user to open new calls, track call progress, register for training and view purchase history. In a recent survey of customers using the site, CATI's new Online Support received high marks for its user interface, accessibility and availability. Because of the convenience and usability of the support section of the website, CATI predicts that the majority of customers will use it as their primary support interface to CATI.

The public portion of CATI website has also undergone a complete re-design. The website contains a vast amount of information for both SolidWorks Users and others who are interested in engineering and manufacturing technologies. The CATI website is a convenient and easy way for anyone interested in engineering technology to get information on SolidWorks and SolidWorks Solution Partners. Visitors can also register for any of CATI's technology events including SolidWorks 3D Skills Sessions for prospective customers and SolidWorks CATIpult Sessions for SolidWorks Users as well as for SolidWorks, Cosmos or SMARTEAM training classes. In addition, visitors can subscribe to the CATI Technical Newsletter via the website. The newsletter contains industry news, technical tips, business-focused management content, product updates, user group information, special events and promotions.
