Latest MachineWorks Technology To Be Shown At Euromold
MachineWorks Ltd will be exhibiting its latest technology at the Euromold exhibition to be held in Frankfurt from 1st to 4th December, Hall 8, stand B121.
Visitors at Euromold will be able to see version 6.1, the latest release of MachineWorks technology including advanced real time rendering features such as texture maps and shadows. Additional enhancements of v6.1 include analytical functions to improve the detection of collisions, gouges and undercuts within the different MachineWorks engines.
"Our customers' requirements are the driving force behind MachineWorks' development plans and we pride ourselves on the technological advances we are able to offer." comments David Manley, Managing Director of MachineWorks. "Many of our developers' hours go to consolidate and enhance existing functionality but we also develop brand new features that add innovative enhancements into our customers' applications."
Further to version 6.1, an advance demonstration of MachineWorks' shiny rendering can be seen as well. MachineWorks' new metallic effect will offer users the option to add realistic metallic reflections into their applications, giving further scope to customize the look and feel. The MachineWorks metallic effect rendering based on OpenGL will be available in the upcoming release.
Alan Christman, Chairman of CIMdata states "MachineWorks has evolved as the de facto industry standard CAM software kernel for machine tool verification and simulation. It adds value to their customer applications by providing a comprehensive product and reliable technical support."
