Kubotek Corporation Creates Kubotek Europe srl

Kubotek Corporation announced the creation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary company, Kubotek Europe srl, under the direction of executive vice president and chief operating officer Luca Cariglia. The new company will be responsible for KeyCreator software (formerly CADKEY) sales, marketing, distribution and support for Europe, Africa, the Mid East, Australia and New Zealand.

"Creating a local company gives us the opportunity to better support our extensive local dealer network and our customers," said Naotake Kakishita, director and chief administrative officer, Kubotek Corporation. "We're building a new, supportive community around KeyCreator based on the variety of accumulated engineering expertise in this region. In addition, at a very basic level, the creation of a local company allows us to benefit from the rules governing the European Union."

The move creates a foundation for future Kubotek growth and expansion, and capitalizes on the success and momentum achieved over the past year by local Kubotek representatives. This momentum includes a marked increase in sales to new customers as well as a rise in revenues from the base of more than 2000 active customers. Kubotek Europe will also continue to expand its dealer network.

Kubotek Europe srl, headquartered in Caldogno (VI)-Italy, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kubotek Corporation. Kubotek Europe is responsible for KEYCREATOR software (formerly CADKEY) sales, marketing, distribution and support for Europe, Africa, Mid East, Australia and New Zealand. More than 8000 global customers use Kubotek design and manufacturing software. Visit Kubotek Europe at: http://www.kubotekeurope.com
