IRISCO Announces Spin-Off of Elmo Software Development Division
IRISCO du Quebec Inc. announced the spin-off of Elmo Solutions Inc., IRISCO's software development and worldwide marketing business, into an independent, privately held company. IRISCO's and Elmo Solutions' corporate offices will both be located in Quebec City, Canada.
Elmo Solutions Inc. ( http://elmo.irisco.com ) is a leader in the management of CAD/PLM metadata, and develops and markets software products such as Elmo Search, the search engine software for CAD/PLM and other documents, Elmo Link, a CAD companion software application that provides a "hot", live link between CAD/PLM and MRP/ERP applications, and Elmo BoM, a standalone application that allows batch extraction of all of the metadata found in CAD/PLM documents in one single operation. Elmo Solutions also offers a comprehensive range of professional services related to the creation, maintenance, transformation and processing of CAD/PLM metadata. Elmo Solutions is headquartered in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada.
