IFS Expands Canadian Operations With New Sales and Services Partner
Furthering its sales channel strategy in North America, IFS has added a Canada-based sales and services partner, IDR Business Solutions, Inc. IDR provides businesses with a broad range of business process solutions, including integrated and modular enterprise software and implementation services. IDR is headed by former IFS Canada president Trudie Carlesso and former IFS senior sales executive Martin Perry, with offices in Waterloo, Ontario, and Calgary, Alberta.
"Our job is to further expand IFS' footprint in Canada, with more people on the street selling IFS Applications," said IDR co-president Trudie Carlesso. "We will be expanding rapidly and making a significant investment in the Canadian market. Our name, IDR, sums up our business philosophy: integrity, dependability, and responsiveness."
IFS North America president Cindy Jaudon said, "Given the success of our channel strategy in the United States, the addition of a sales and services partner in Canada was the logical next step. Trudie and Martin have extensive experience selling IFS Applications, particularly to the small and midsize market, and will be instrumental in furthering our presence and success in Canada."
As president of IFS North America, Jaudon will continue to oversee IFS' direct sales and service operations in Canada. Implementation and support services for existing Canadian customers will remain unchanged.
