Intergraph and Meridium Sign Licensing and Distribution Agreement
Intergraph Corporation and Meridium, Inc. have signed a software licensing and distribution agreement for the Asia Pacific Region. Under terms of the four-year agreement, Meridium has granted Intergraph exclusive distribution rights for Meridium Asset Performance Management (APM) software in Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.
Meridium APM is an enterprise-wide application that captures and aggregates asset performance data, analyzes information for optimizing performance and provides tools to enable continuous improvement of key performance indicators. The suite provides analyses to decision makers about production assets on an enterprise, plant, asset or equipment level. Meridium APM helps support decisions directly affecting plant profitability, uptime and industry competitiveness.
John Eichstaedt, executive director, Business Development, Intergraph Process, Power & Marine, said, "The agreement capitalizes on the strategic fit of Intergraph software such as SmartPlant Foundation, SmartPlant P&ID and SmartPlant Instrumentation with Meridium APM in the plant owner-operator market.
