Right Hemisphere Software Moves 3D Data From Microsoft Office to Adobe Acrobat 7.0 with One Click

Right Hemisphere® announced a new release of its Deep PublishT application with more automation and ease-of-use features. Deep Publish 3.6 works with Right Hemisphere's Deep ServerT enterprise or Deep ExplorationT client software to enable users to publish, view, interact with, and import 2D and 3D graphics directly into Microsoft® Office and Adobe® Acrobat® applications. Using the latest version of Deep Publish, a user can now import a 3D file directly into Microsoft Office applications and convert it to an Adobe PDF with just one mouse click. With a second mouse click, the user can email that PDF with 3D directly from their Microsoft Office application for collaboration or other communication purposes.

"Working with 3D data has usually required a certain amount of technical prowess," said Right Hemisphere CEO Michael Lynch. "By focusing on ease-of-use and supporting two industry standard publishing formats in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, our Deep Publish software greatly simplifies this process for the rest of us. This is a highly user-friendly software tool, so marketers, trainers, and other personnel can inject the high impact of 3D into their documents for much more compelling and memorable business communications."

At the foundation of the Right Hemisphere software portfolio is its Deep Server and Deep Exploration products. These products transform original 3D data from its native file format into lightweight, optimized, graphical models. Deep Server or Deep Exploration then allows users to automatically generate technical illustrations, add interactivity, animation, and create photorealistic images from the original 3D model.   Deep Publish extends the capabilities of Deep Server and Deep Exploration further, by providing the ability to import these graphical models into Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat files-standard, ubiquitous business applications used around the globe. These tools empower users to easily share and view high impact 3D graphics in non-engineering environments.

Right Hemisphere's ability to streamline, automate, and integrate the graphics publishing pipeline allows users to repurpose almost any type of 2D and 3D data created in engineering for non-engineering purposes. This content can then be merged with text, video and audio, and deployed for multiple uses in interactive training, technical publications, marketing communications, collaboration documents, and other product support offerings.

Right Hemisphere's intelligent 3D publishing software provides support for over 120 different types of 2D and 3D data files. This includes access to native CAD formats such as Pro/ENGINEER®, CATIA®, SolidWorks®, Unigraphics®, and I-DEAS as well as a range of other medical, scientific, and architecture/engineering/construction (AEC) application formats. With Right Hemisphere's software development kit, customers can write support for virtually any additional file format they need.

Available in May, Deep Publish is $149. Users may obtain trial versions or purchase Right Hemisphere software from the company's Web site at http://www.righthemisphere.com . To locate a Right Hemisphere reseller in your region, please go to http://www.righthemisphere.com/store/index.php .
